Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a collaborative process between a therapist and a client. It provides a supportive and confidential environment where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. During sessions, we’ll gain insight into those thoughts and behaviors, process emotions, set goals, and monitor progress together.
