  • Yes, I currently accept Aetna, Anthem, BlueCross and BlueShield & FL Blue, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna, Military OneSource, Oscar Health, United Healthcare, and UMR. I also accept clients claiming their out-of-network benefits. If I do not currently accept your insurance, I can provide you with a superbill for reimbursement submission.

  • No, I do accept self-pay clients who prefer to not utilize their insurance or those whose insurance I do not accept. The rate for each 60-minute session is $150. I accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, and check.

  • Confidentiality in therapy refers to the ethical obligation of therapists to keep all information shared during therapy sessions private and not disclose it to anyone else without the client's explicit consent, except in specific circumstances outlined by law, such as when there's a risk of harm to the client or others.

  • Therapy sessions are offered in-person at 205 S. MacDill Ave., Suite B (Yellow Cottage) in Tampa, FL or by Telehealth using a HIPPA compliant platform.

  • The goal of the initial 15-minute consultation is to ensure that we are a good fit to work together. This brief phone call will introduce you to the type of therapy offered, and make sure it aligns with your goals and expectations. We may also use this time to schedule your first appointment. Initial consultations are not required.
